As always the safety and wellbeing of our visitors and staff remain our Top Priority, therefore we have introduced a range of new health & safety measures that seek to reduce the risk associated with the presence of Covid-19.
There is no need to book tickets, just buy your tickets at the booking office.
We politely request that you do not visit the EVLR if you are displaying any of the Symptoms associated with Covid-19
You must wear a face covering in the booking office, and you must check in using the track & trace app or leave your contact details!

Purchase your tickets and wait on Platform 1 adhering to Social Distancing Guidance
Trains will arrive on Platform 2, and Visitors will leave through the Railway Party Gate.
Once the platform is clear, you will be able to board the train on platform 2.
To return from Evesham Vale Station, you will need to Queue off the Platform adhering to Social Distancing Guidance

Screens have been fitted in all of our carriages to provide individual compartments for each family.
When you board the train, you must check the door is securely closed.
We are unable to assist with pushchair loading, as always assistance for wheelchair users will be provided.

Hygiene and Cleanliness at the Railway
We have introduced a hand sanitizing point at both Stations.
We have enhanced our cleaning programme, concentrating on sanitizing high frequency touch points such as door handles and counters etc.

As with our staff, we ask that our guests maintain the highest possible hygiene standards, and adhere to the Governments Social Distancing Rules, whilst at the Railway.
